Quick Thought
As I was walking along this morning, some guy in front of me disposed of his half finished cigarette onto the pavement and carried on walking. I then noticed all the other cigarette butts scattered around. Why is it acceptable to do this and litter the streets with 'fag ends' yet drop a sweet wrapper and you get frowned upon?

Chewing gum on the pavement is what gets me
My guess is because smokers have rights as a group, but litterbugs do not.
ashes to ashes dust to dust..uve heard the saying..nobdy evr said anything abt sweet wrappers to dust did they?
