Upskirt Arrest
A post-graduate student at Kyushu University in Fukuoka (yes this really is a place) has been arrested for photographing up the skirt of a high school girl. Yuki Shimada, 26, is accused of violating a Fukuoka prefectural ordinance prohibiting people from creating a nuisance. He admitted to the allegations during questioning. At about 9:40 p.m. on Friday, Shimada used a digital camera to photograph up the skirt of the 16-year-old victim at a discount store in Higashi-ku, Fukuoka, local police said. A 32-year-old security guard noticed his action and overpowered him.

Now this got me thinking, okay I am not saying I agree with this guy but what is the difference (if any) between what he did and what thousands of paparazzi photographers do every day. I am always opening a glossy magazine and being greeted with Angelina Joilies Panties as she gets out of a car, Paris Hiltons boobs as she wears a loose dress at a function and shots of even more intimate parts when they decide to go pantyless...
