Payments Procedures Complaints
I noticed someone complaining on a forum (signing in as anonymous) that they had ordered a pair of panties from us and that they had not received them. Why they never contacted me first is confusing, they would have been sent a replacement pair or issued a refund. When an order is received your IP number is logged, this is to prevent fraud or stolen cards attempting to be used.
When your credit or debit card has been charged sucessfully (sometimes 4-5 days after the order has been placed) you are sent an email thanking you and confirming details. When it is declined we kindly write to inform you, if your waiting to hear from us then a quick check of your spam filters and folder may be the answer.
If you do not receive your panties, or you receive them and your not happy, please email and tell me, I will gladly send a replacement pair and your card will NOT be charged again. If your really unhappy with anything then a refund will be given but I would ask that you allow myself or Tiffany the chance to correct any possible problem first. The only time a refund is not given, is if a claim for the 'sent cash payment in post' option has been used. We do accept this method of payment but it is at the buyers own risk.
With that said, waiting times have increased this past week and I shall update you with accurate waiting times once the next batch of orders have been processed (Orders received between 24th and 31st August).

I think it must be someone doing the rounds as I have seen similar complaints from other sellers.
