I have had no fewer than 3 paypal accounts in the past, it was whilst the third one was open that I realised Paypal send out 'spies' trying to find who have secret paypal accounts. Even if paypal opened the doors again for panty sellers I would not use them. The problem for paypal is that myself and lots of other panty sellers have been doing this for such a long time (selling worn panties) that you get to know what genuine enquiries are like and what fake ones look like. Comments like "I have ordered from other sites and have been disappointed but they do accept paypal for me" doesn't wash. Even if I thought you were a genuine buyer, I do not like paypal, I do not use paypal and so the answer will always be a no and please get a little more with the times, most buyers do not use Hotmail accounts.
