Five days since I last made an entry, where does the time go? The truth is I have been rather lazy when it comes to online projects this week, apart from the urgent things that need doing I have done very little online. I have installed two new WordPress plugins, one is very handy, without getting too technical it only ‘pings’ services when you make a new post. Many services that publish blog material put you on a spammers list if you ping them three times in a day, editing a post causes a ping as does making a new post, so two posts in one day and one edit can cause the three pings in no time, am I getting too technical? Okay I shall move on…

I have started a detox diet this week, I am happy with my weight of 8 stone 4lb but I wanted to give my insides a once over, I eat far too much junk food and things that are not good for you. I have also joined a new gym it has a steam room, fitness studio, swimming pool and some very high tech equipment, they also do the ‘spinner’ fitness program which I fancy a go at. Exercise is something I have missed recently after cancelling my old membership, I just need to make more time to actually go.

I know I also need to take some new pictures for the blog, I have also asked Tiffany to send some over, maybe I shall take a camera along to the new gym so you can see me all sweaty.

Saturday morning, grey skies and looking rather miserable outside but I have woke up in a very creative mood today, a shame as I have to leave and go to my salon shortly to do some real work . I realised that I have not posted in my blog for 5 days so what have I been doing? Firstly I have been helping out with the development of Sex 24/7 and my husbands Adult Dating site, both received a new look which was part of our 2007 expansion plans. We are having great fun working on new projects although with running a salon as well leisure time has been short.

I have been looking at detox diets, just the quick fix two week ones, I am not looking to lose any weight, I just think that cutting all sugar and caffeine from your diet once in a while does your body good. I exercise three times a week now, every day if you include dog walking but I do believe in you are what you eat.

After a very enjoyable weekend socialising with a few friends that I had not seen in some time, it was capped off late last night by a mystery person sending me a £70 Amazon gift certificate which simply stated Happy Valentines.
